Fed: Olympic flame starts relay = 17
Police have arrested a man carrying a Chinese flag after he tried to disrupt traffic
on Commonwealth Bridge, not far from Parliament House.
Police wrestled him to the ground after he resisted arrest.
He was sitting on the median strip surrounded by police, with pro-Chinese supporters
on one side of the bridge yelling support.
Pro-Tibetan supporters are on the other side of the bridge.
